PRIVATE EVENTS
ECM is available for rent when closed to the public (excluding Sundays) at the rate of $200 for 2 hours. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining amount must be paid the day of the event.
Renter may come thirty minutes prior to the event to decorate. Tables and chairs are provided. The space can accommodate 40 guests, including both children and adults.
We request that no thumb tacks or tape be used on the drywall. Food and beverages must remain in the lobby. Socks are required in the playroom.
Renters are responsible for completing a cleaning check list at the conclusion of the event. Cleaning responsibilities may include putting away tables and chairs, sweeping floors, resetting play areas, taking out garbage, and wiping down restrooms. Renters may elect to pay an additional $49 cleaning fee instead of completing cleaning checklist.
Please be respectful of play spaces and property and leave it in the same condition that you found it. You may be liable for damages.
Field trips are also available in the mornings and are charged per child.
